At Step Ahead Trust, we aim to ease these burdens by offering programs that equip parents and young persons with disabilities with the entrepreneurial and business management skills needed to build secure, independent futures.

Our Empowering Families program focuses on:

• Entrepreneurial Training: We provide parents and guardians with training in business development, helping them start or improve their small businesses and increase their financial stability.
• Financial Literacy: Offering courses in money management, budgeting, and saving, we help families build sustainable livelihoods that support both their immediate needs and long-term goals.
• Skill Development: We equip young persons with disabilities with vocational training and work readiness programs, enabling them to find employment or become entrepreneurs themselves.
• Emotional Support & Counseling: Understanding the psychological toll of caregiving, we offer counseling and create a support network for families to share experiences and find strength in one another.
